In 2007 I completed the first of several year-long accredited yoga teacher trainings. Since then, I have been teaching in different settings (yoga studios, meditation centres, private, corporate, health-care facilities etc), with a very wide variety of groups and individuals. I am trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Shadow Yoga, Daoist movement practices, Ana Forrest Yoga, and plenty more. Over the years I have developed an approach that combines traditional yogic lineages (asanas, breath work, meditative practices) with contemporary findings from neuroscience and trauma healing modalities. I have earned a doctoral degree in philosophy from UCD in 2021. It is always my main priority to facilitate an environment where every participant can feel safe, nurtured and mindfully supported.
